I went to bed fairly early last night because of a headache.  I took some aspirin.  I have the headache back but that’s because I haven’t really eaten properly.  One cheese Danish so far with two cups of coffee w/sweetener.

I also had some blood specs every time I blew my nose yesterday.  I am not sure if it is dry air or what.

I did update yesterday’s entry to include the food intake for yesterday’s dinners.  I am not sure I included two pieces of cake.

I am planning on having this for lunch.  It is the sixth one down after the Lunch Creations.
