I was awake most of the night...not sure it could be because the coughing..it was some how different..   i did stay in bed until 8 but have been coughing a dry cough.  I took the last of th Antibiotics and had Zyrtec..MOuth has been dry.

Lost my voice again for a while today.  I am keeping it hydrated i hope.

2 crab cake patties:
1 slice of crab quiche
1 dish of coconut custard
1 chocolate covered strawberry
