been at least a week

Been eating stuff some good some not so good.  Been doing a lot of walking from the trip...joints gave me some trouble took the plaquenil and tylenol. 

See the Eye doctor tomorrow...for the field visual test.  I am wondering if I will get the normal eye test...eyes are changing.

Got the medicine for the roseasea today put it on about 20 minutes ago. 

Been taking a lot of tums lately.
