Still not back on a regular eating habit.  Trying hard not to eat in between meals but I had pizza for lunch (late) and ice cream (lots of ) at the social.  Rasberry tart

I have been having aches and pains in the joints and not sure if that is atmospheric conditions.  I have felt light headed a little over the last few days.

Still dealing with some stress.
