tried to behave

Ate sometihng before going to the picnic today...didn't work.  I had a lot of stuff.  Tried drinking lots of water but had coffee and soda late.  I had fruit, and vegetables but then i had pasta salad, canole wafers and the cream.  I had ice cream cake.  I had some potato chips...poppers, and other things.

Ankle started hurting when I was playing with kids.  I took the plaquenil when I got home.  It seems fine but I have indigestion tonight.
