Well it has been 3 and half week since I wrote:

Here it is a nutshell:

had mamogram...normal..have to schedule one in April of 2011
been swimming not this week though hopefully I can pick it up tomorrow.
I have fibroids-no big deal
Have had some aches and pains but not too bad.
had the blahs this morning...problaby ate food shouldn't have.
