For Lunch yesterday:
2 yogurts with granola and fruit. Coffee (actually it was breakfast andlunch)
For dinner last night we had
spicey turkey sausage (1)
cauliflower with sauce (i finished that bad boy)
This morning had:
6 pieces of candy
1 slice of pumpkin Bread
1 Breakfast burrito (egg, swiss cheese, tomatoe, onions, mushrooms, peppers)
20 oz coffee with sweetner
lunch was shrimp fried rice w/fried shrimp...delicious and made me thirsty....drank lots of water.
dinner creamed chicken with the pastry shells, creamed cauliflower w/carrots, and zucchini and squash, milk
My knees were achy but nothing else.
