I had a bloody nose today

It was because i was blowing hard and because I was trying to clean it out. It didn't last long.

2 different hot chocolates
1 cup of coffee w/sweetener and half and half
candy
2 buffalo wings with grated cheese.
2 bags of chips

Throat has been dry lately could that be from the lupus? Haven't posted in a couple of days to lupus list.
