I have been in pain for the last two days

It started earlier in the day. It got worse during teh night I think I had ibuprofen at least 9x's last night. I even put bengay on the kneed.

Today it started out the same way but I took Ibuprofen and it stopped hurting by the end of the day. My Arm hurts now and then but I took my meds.
