1 cup of tea with sugar and milk

I took ibuprofen early because I was hurting and my med

this morning (or today)

I had several pieces of candy

2 cups of coffee with sweetner an half and half
3 chicken wings
pasta salad
rice and beans
soda
1 eclaire
2 shrimp

cookies, soda, fruit punch

for dinner

2 servings of Spaghetti and sauce and Mom's peach cake.
