i had a good day yesterday. I ended up with a headache late in the day but went to bed early after taking some Ibuprofen. Slept for 2 hours and felt better. I didn't have any more aches related to lupus. i did take my plaquenil.

Food intake:
coffee w/sweetner and half and half.
1 dozen of small creme filled cookies (chocolate and vanilla)
water
2 werther's original candies
bowl of cereal with raisins and strawberries and milk.
jello-cherry
(that was yesterday)

Today:

half dozen creme vanilla sandwich cookies

2 cups of coffee with sweetner and half and half

6 ritz crackers

2 or 3 chocolate eggs

ankle is hurting from twisting on some clothes this morning. I took ibuprofen.
