my vitals were:
Weight 230-says I have gained 10 pounds in two years. Encouraged me to join gym. He says it should help with the aches and pains that come.
Do not drive long distances without taking breaks. That won't be a problem.
Wants me to get schedule annual eye appointment.
BB 126/68 Pulse was 68.
Food intake:
pasta salad w/pesta sauce 2 cups)
1 yogurt w/fruit
16 oz coffee
5 pieces of candy
Apple juice (2 cups)
1 cup warm milk with 2 teaspoons of honey
Stew (potatoes, meat, vegetables)
1 handful of nuts.
