2 or 3 dinner rolls with cinnamon butter
peanuts (10 or more)
1 20 oz ice tea
salad
and dressing
ribs, and rice
today:
milk
3 yogurts
1 slice of pizza (with veggies)
2 ozs of potato salad
steak
rice
mixed vegetables
and salad
and water
no real exercise to speak of.
