Had my infusion in Hamden yesterday and my Health Coach meeting with Courtney yesterday..

Reviewed cardiologist report (losing 20 lbs).

Courtney recommends to scan buffets and take little of each?

1 piece of chocolate
3 munchkinns
1 rice krispie bard
mini vanilla cookies 20 cookies
3 cups of coffee with sweetener and creamer


Several slices of stuffed breads (spinach, eggplant, mushrooms), crackers and dip, a variety of cookies.  Water.

tea and milk and sweetener.
