Been Achy

I feel as though  i have been achy and stiff a lot the few couple of days that could be because of the cheese I had lately.  I was attempting to be a little more choosy of what I eat but I went off the scales last night with oatmeal cookies.  You can check this out to see what I have been eating.

I have my OB/Gyn appointment tomorrow and I see Dr. Lu in a couple of weeks.  I still have to have the blood work done for the new Lupus Doctor.
